OUR BEGINING

CR Performance was established in the fall of 2017. Our focus is simple, it is the athlete. We believe that all athletes can benefit from getting stronger, faster and more explosive. Each sport has more in common than they do differences. This allows us to train all athletes and we have done just that since opening our doors. In almost 5 years we have had athletes combine for 100's of honors during their respective sports, and dozens of collegiate athletes. Each year these numbers have continued to grow.

Our Goal

With majority of our athletes being in high school, our goal is not to replace training with their teammates at their school. We want to simply help fill the buckets that aren't being filled in their large team trainings. Being a private facility allows us to give the atheltes the attention they deserve.

Corps Strength

The passion for training began while serving in the military. As a Marine, he became a certified trainer working with The Marines under his charge. Ensuring that they are ready for any challenge that comes their way. The HITT program followed in the Marine Corps has key components similar to  traditional strength and conditioning. There is the need for speed, power, strength endurance and overall combat readiness while reducing the likelihood of injury and ensuring that all Marines are physically prepared for combat.​

Now instead of military members the focus switched to Athletes. Just like Marines, speed, power, strength and injury prevention are all necessary. Zach earned his Masters in Sports and Health Sciences (MS), with a concentration in  Exercise Science and Human Performance and is certified as a High School Strength and Conditioning Coach.
